You will need felt, of course, and the following supplies for making a space alien plush.
Begin by downloading the free template and printing it on your home printer.
Cut out the templates and trace them onto felt. Then cut out the felt pieces.
Arrange the eyes and mouth pieces on one large oval. Stitch around them using a whipstitch.
Use a backstitch and black embroidery floss to extend the smile from either side of the mouth. You might want to draw the smile first and stitch along the line.
Next, fold one triangle over by 1/3 and place it bend one side of the head to form an ear. A straight pin can be helpful to hold the ear in place.
Now stitch the base of the ear with a single cross stitch.
Repeat for the other ear.
Place the antenna piece behind the face at the top center.
Then stack the face on top of the remaining oval.
Sew around the perimeter of the head using a whipstitch, leaving an opening large enough to stuff.
Stuff the opening with fiber fill.
Then continue the whipstitch to close.
